ORDER CANCELLATION

Within 24 Hours

You can cancel FREE within 24 hours of placing your order.

Include:

• Order number
• Full name on order
• Reason for cancellation (optional)

Refund: Full refund processed within 3-5 business days once cancellation is confirmed.

After 24 Hours

Orders may already be in production or sent to our manufacturer, especially custom items. We cannot guarantee cancellation after this window.

If cancellation is possible: 10% processing fee may apply
If already in production: Cancellation not available

ORDER EXCHANGES

Within 24 Hours

You can exchange items (size, color, design) within 24 hours of order placement.

Include:

• Order number
• Items to exchange
• New size/color/design preferences

RESPONSE TIME

We respond to all cancellation and exchange requests within 24 hours.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Custom/Personalized Orders:
Once design approval is given and production begins, cancellation is not possible. These orders are final sale.

If We Miss Your Request:
If you receive your order after requesting cancellation within 24 hours, we’ll provide a full refund. Simply return the package to us.

Holiday Seasons:
During peak periods (November-December), please allow up to 48 hours for cancellation confirmation due to high volume.
