- Enter order number + email address
- View order status
ORDER STATUS
- Order Placed – Payment confirmed
- Processing – Being prepared (1-3 days)
- In Production – Custom items being made (3-7 days)
- Shipped – On the way with tracking number
- Out for Delivery – Arriving today
- Delivered – Successfully delivered
TRACKING TIMELINE
- Tracking number: 1-3 business days after order ships
- First update: 3-7 days (carrier scanning time)
- Custom orders: 5-9 business days before shipping
- Holiday delays: Add 1-2 days during peak seasons
