HOW TO TRACK

Method 1: Email Tracking Link

  1. Check your Shipment Confirmation Email (arrives 1-3 days after order)
  2. Click the tracking link
  3. View real-time updates on carrier website

Method 2: Account Login

  1. Login at chrisbrandstore.com
  2. Go to “My Orders”
  3. Select your order to see status and tracking link

Method 3: Guest Tracking

  1. Visit: chrisbrandstore.com/track-order
  2. Enter order number + email address
  3. View order status

ORDER STATUS

  • Order Placed – Payment confirmed
  • Processing – Being prepared (1-3 days)
  • In Production – Custom items being made (3-7 days)
  • Shipped – On the way with tracking number
  • Out for Delivery – Arriving today
  • Delivered – Successfully delivered

TRACKING TIMELINE

  • Tracking number: 1-3 business days after order ships
  • First update: 3-7 days (carrier scanning time)
  • Custom orders: 5-9 business days before shipping
  • Holiday delays: Add 1-2 days during peak seasons

TROUBLESHOOTING

Tracking not working?
Wait 24-48 hours for carrier system updates.

No updates for 7+ days?
Contact us at [email protected]

Shows “Delivered” but not received?
Check mailbox, porch, neighbors. Contact us within 7 days if still missing.

Package delayed?
Common during holidays/weather. Monitor 2-3 days or contact carrier.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Full tracking: USA, Canada, UK, Australia, EU
  • Limited tracking: Other countries may stop updating at local postal service
