Shipping Policy

1. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx Ground, and local postal services to ensure reliable delivery.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

Business Days: Monday – Friday (EST), excluding major U.S. holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)

Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the same day. Orders after this time process the next business day.

Handling Time:

  • Standard Items: 1-3 business days
  • Custom/Personalized Apparel: 3-7 business days (may extend to 9 days during peak holiday seasons or for complex designs)
  • Fast/Express Orders: 1-2 business days

Note: Custom orders require additional time for design approval and production. Holiday seasons (Christmas, etc.) may experience longer processing times.

3. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Standard Delivery

  • Handling: 1-3 business days
  • Transit: 7-12 business days
  • Cost: $4.99 – $5.99

Express Delivery

  • Handling: 1-2 business days
  • Transit: 2-5 business days
  • Cost: $23.99 – $24.99

Exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your items and destination.

4. SPECIAL SHIPPING LOCATIONS

P.O. Boxes & Military APO/FPO: We ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses. Delivery may take 30-45 days. Tracking updates may be limited in military zones due to security protocols.

Restricted Areas: We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or U.S. Virgin Islands for standard services.

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide with some restrictions based on product type and destination.

Transit Time: 10-30 business days (some items may take up to 45 days)

Tracking: Full tracking available for Australia, Canada, UK, and most European countries. Limited tracking for other destinations once packages reach local carriers.

Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These vary by country and are not included in our shipping costs. Check with your local customs office for estimates.

6. ORDER TRACKING

Confirmation Emails:

  • Order confirmation immediately after purchase
  • Shipping confirmation with tracking number within 1-3 business days after order leaves our facility

Tracking Updates: Allow 3-7 days for carriers to update tracking information in their system.

Delayed Orders: If your order exceeds estimated delivery time or shows no tracking updates after 7 business days, contact us at [email protected].

Lost Packages: Orders are considered lost if they exceed maximum transit time by 30+ days. Claims must be filed within 60 days of order date.

7. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Your Responsibility: You must provide complete and accurate shipping information including street address, apartment/suite number, city, state, and ZIP code.

Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for delays or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses. If your order is returned to us, re-shipping fees will apply, or a new order may need to be placed.

Address Changes: Once your order ships, we cannot modify the delivery address. Requests to carriers for forwarding/redirection are at your own risk.

8. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

24-Hour Window: You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placement.

After 24 Hours: Orders may already be in production, especially custom items. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

How to Request: Contact [email protected] immediately with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Requested changes

Custom Orders: Once design approval is given and production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.

9. MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

We ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each destination.

10. HOLIDAY SEASON SHIPPING

During peak seasons (November-December), expect:

  • Extended processing times (up to 9 business days)
  • Potential carrier delays
  • Higher order volumes

Recommendation: Order early to ensure delivery for your celebrations. We recommend ordering at least 3-4 weeks before your desired delivery date during holiday seasons.

11. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

“Delivered” Status: Once marked as delivered by the carrier, the package is considered successfully delivered. We cannot be held responsible for packages stolen after delivery.

Missing Packages: If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and building management
  2. Verify the delivery address
  3. Contact the carrier directly
  4. Contact us at [email protected] for assistance

12. SHIPPING INSURANCE

Standard Orders: Not insured. We recommend choosing Express shipping for valuable orders.

Lost or Damaged Packages: We will work with you to file claims with carriers, but cannot guarantee reimbursement for standard shipping.
